Retention
We keep website form submissions and CRM records only as long as needed for the purposes above. As a general rule, marketing contacts are kept for up to 3 years from the last contact, and contract-related records may be archived for up to 5 years, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Sharing & international transfers
We may share website data with trusted service providers (for example hosting/CDN, email providers, CRM, and analytics) under data-processing agreements. Some providers may be located outside the EU/EEA; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
